You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jet777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jet777 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of Account access and restriction of withdrawal functionality.
Before processing any withdrawal request, jet777 requires Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting the following documents:

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general rule:
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements will be removed from your Account upon expiry.
jet777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused a promotional offer, exploited a technical error, or engaged in coordinated bonus abuse with other accounts. jet777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started, bets placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, or bets that exceed our maximum payout limits. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or under conditions that are clearly erroneous (for example, a result-of-entry error causing incorrect odds to be displayed), jet777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. Upon termination for breach, jet777 may forfeit all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the Account. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party arising prior to the date of termination.
